Dundee City Centre Hogmany Petition

This petition is as a result of Dylan's Facebook group for a City Centre party for Hogmany.
Its time to take this petition a bit further. A group of willing memembers have got together and now we need your support, we need as many signatures as possible to help convince Dundee City Administration that this is something the people of Dundee want.
