[view all signatures] Petition created by: chrisdillon Yorkshire Water have submitted a planning proposal to North Yorkshire County Council for the development of a sewqage plant in Hemingbrough, North Yorkshire (application ref NY/2009/0096/FUL)due for review at planning meeting dated 26 May 2009 The purpose of this petition is to have this application declined or defered to public enquiry on the basis that it is not enviromentaly acceptable to residents and the surrounding enviroment. Sign the petition! Details, Impact and Progress Yorkshire Water started enabling works, these have now stopped on an injunction due to no planning approval for this site. Following public show of opposition from the village at a meeting of the Hemingbrough action group more people are realising that this proposed development will have a major impact on their quality of life and are vigourasly opposed to the development.
