MPs Expenses - Pay It Back

This petition is aimed at the Prime Minister Mr Gordon Brown. It proposes that due to the farcical revelations regarding MPs expenses, that the following happens:

Immediate suspension of any expense claims.
Investigation (Independant) of all outstanding claims.
Total review of "system" ensuring that criteria is clear with no "grey areas".
Any members guilty of submitting "improper" claims to PAY IT BACK
Any extreme cases to be subject to additional disciplinary action.
