Push the athorities to ACT on the Threats made by stalkers
there have been many cases over the years where a crime was going unpunished when there was proof that there should be some arrests made
that the locals in that city started petitions to force the police to DO SOMETHING so maybe a petition to that effect needs to be started
"Why aren't German Police arresting these stalkers that admit proudly to their threats und admit to planning more harrassment?"
