Repeal of the 16th amendment

This petition is to repeal the 16th amendment which is what the government claims allows them to collect income tax. They did not even claim to be able to collect these taxes until about 30 yrs after the amendment was ratified.

Amendment XVI
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

We believe that this amendment should be repealed for it has not been correctly ratified and therefor illegal. The courts will not take this case for they are afraid to go against the government and be shunned by their peers. Basically they will not stand up for what is right so we need your support to help them do so. We need to this government mistake.
