Details, Impact and Progress It has Recently came to Our Attention that a Bail Hostel has been Opened with NO CONSULTATION to the Local Residents. HOW can this be allowed? This is a peaceful street comprising of Families with Small Children and a lot of Elderly Inhabitants and completely Unsuitable. YOU need to consider the following Impact on YOUR Community and Act Fast. Due to a Planning Loophole ClearSpring Management are allowed to setup these hostels WITHOUT any management Living on site, therefore avoiding Change of use Planning Applications. Part of the Impact of this is that some of the residents may not even be tagged. Historically the typical problems caused by these Bail Hostels in other areas has shown there to be an increase in Anti Social Behaviour with the hostels housing up to 90% Addicts of some form or another, which in itself could lead to the usual Drug Associated Crime.
