Bike Sharing Program in Chicago

Chicago should adopt a bike sharing program to cut down on greenhouse gas emissions and traffic congestion and to promote physical activity. Similar programs have been working in Lyon and in Paris, and I, along with Mayor Daley, think it can work in Chicago, too.
