Compost in Blainville

Dear M. François Cantin,

As a citizen of Blainville city, I was asking myself what I could do to directly help the city I live in. I was driving in the city and I noticed the big black and blue garbage.

Then I asked myself why we were not going to the next level of recycling, which I think s composting. These kinds of changes could be benefit Blainville and it could help the citizens to feel more involved in their city.
