Interest Rates to be reduced to meet Global Standard

This petition is designed to get signatures/subscribers to help the English Government and the Bank of England to drop the Interest Rates on lending to be inline with other European countries and indeed those further afield.

Examples
France 1.5% base rate
Spain 1.85% base rate
America 2% base rate

UK 5.5% base rate

This has to change before we move to "Melt Down"
