stop alowing people to take there methadone home

I am sick fed up of walking my children to school and seeing people take there methadone on the streets and selling to other people. This is a drug which is meant to help them to stop taking drugs but they take advantage of this and make money for themselfs. Us tax payers pay for there drugs for them to make money if they are not aloud to take it away with them and they have to stay on supervised then it will take it of the street and make our communities alot safer. If perscriptions for methadone were to be supervised I honestly think the goverment would see a dramatic change in the amount of people that go on a methdone programe. As a hudge amount of them only get it to sell it on to make money to buy there drug of choice.
