Petition created by: Arthur Fernandes The Indian invasion of Goa in 1961 is not aceptable to 90% of Goan Catholics and the supression there after of christians in that territory will no more be tolerated. Hindus are being supported by the government and the best example is the imposition of Konkani in devnagiri script (similar to Hindi) instead of Roman script. More Hindus are being allowed to settle inGoa leaving the Catholics to minoirty in the state.We the people of Goa demand Goa to be an indepenedent country seprated from Indian Union, and that we are no more a part of India.
