HIV/AIDS-Fear can be neccessary at times

HIV/AIDS is a global epidemic, a one which is eating up the fabric of our resouces which are young people, the flower of our youth and society, the running mate of the next generation leader. the A, B, C method can be fine but i suggest that FEAR can save us from contracting HIV. Whats your take on that?
