Stop Puppy Mills in the US

This Petition is to show that people disagree with the fact that puppy mills owners and operators are abusing and neglecting their animals, making a profit, and not getting caught. I am signing this petition because I want to change the fact that puppy mills are still functioning all over the US, and need to be brought into the public eye as a major issue that we have the control over to change.
