But its rather inconsequential. If you want to make a petition and send it to the UN, you need to present your case properly. Explain the problem, explain the cause of it, explain why you want to fix it, and most importantly - explain HOW specifically people need to go about resolving it. The constitution for the poverty project, now named the Foundation for the Awareness and Alliviation of Poverty, is currently being revied by the Student Gov't. It will hopefully be approved later next week. I am currently making plans to put together a team here at my college (Lafayette) to raise awareness for poverty. If you guys have any ideas or comments for me, please feel free to let me know. I am still passing my plans by a few professors for approval, and then I will initiate it once it is finalized.
