This is a petition about pharmaceutical urgency in Third World. There is actually a lack of pharmacists in poor countries such as Algeria, Cuba, Bulgarie and many others. By sending medication and pharmacists, the death rate in those countries would be reduce a lot. The actual death rate is about 35% to 40%.
