Religions should remove all referances to violence throughout their religious texts especially relating to God. Such a step would stop providing governments and humans the religious and thus the moral justification to hurt and wage war on one another. Details, Impact and Progress I think most of the world can see that there are some problems with all religions. Rather than carrying on the same way they have done for the last 2000 or so years - trying to create peace on earth and failing. Why can't they look again and re-evaluate what works and what doesnt? Throughout our history if something hasn't worked we have changed the process untill it does - science, technology, industry, economics, politics - all except religion - maybe its time they joined the revolution and lead the world to peace!
