I sign this petition as a regular visitor to the Hobart CBD and with the hope that the Hobart City Council will recognise the need to ban smoking or create smoke free areas in public places such as the Elizabeth St Mall and Hobart bus mall, and finally act. 2 have signed so far - help us get to 1,000.
