Stop Abuse of children in welfare

There is so many children in places of Safety that were not abused by their parents but they have now scratches , bumps on the head-not being even taken to the doctor for that, because they fall of the Jungle Jyms as a excuse by the the Director of that Instituation.Social workers also let cases take very long so that children suffer very emotional trauma- The children asking when they can go home but the social workers don`t listen. They are heartless people. They lie to the parents.They let the father sign the forms. To me it is totally unexceptable. Only the mother or both parents must sign.
