We all know that pesticides are used to KILL BUGS. That's great...and it is understandable why we may need them, but the trouble is that they're making their way into our food and have contaminated waterways, soils, and air. More than 97% of insecticides and 96% of herbicides reach a destination other than their target pests. They are reducing biodiversity and lowering soil quality. Pesticides have been linked to many kinds of cancer including leukemia and lymphoma. The use of them on our plants must be stopped. Sign this petition. Start buying organic. We can make a difference.
