1.Accept formally that energy and water shortages, pollution and waste are problems that must be dealt with in a sustainable way immediately.
2.That sufficient funding is made available to pay for any commercially viable alternative energy technology in simple and easily available structures.
3.That energy organisations are forbidden to influence, slow or stop the acceptance of viable alternative energy sources, to protect their own position against the interests of the common good.
4.That unnecessary or inappropriate legislation and regulations that slow or stop the acceptance of viable alternative energy sources are removed or simplified.
5.That leaders of Government, Industry, and Science tell the absolute truth about threats and opportunities relating to energy and water shortages, pollution, climate change or waste.
