100% Subsidy of Company Trip

Dear YB Rim Cake Siam,

I, as an employee on behalf of all others, who are suffering from KOTOR performance appraisal system. We are asking for your helping hands.

In accordance with practice of our company, our boss organise oversea trip annually and subsidise part of the trip cost base on score of performance appraisal. Although we do not have rights to decide where we want to go but we still enjoy the trip. However, we are not satisfy with the performance appraisal which carried out secretly and mysterious in the past.


We request a true, fair and transparent performance appraisal. No trick and no magic! One of the employees MR KMK suggested that the company should build up a assessment team to do a proper performance appraisal and it will be better than the old way.
