prohibition of use of Air Conditions on Govt. Offices

Using of Air Conditioner should be banned in the Govt officces where there is no compulsary need.
As it is well established fact that the gases which are being used in these Air Conditioners are highly disastrious for the ozone layer and using this form of airconditioning is injurius for man kind.
