DETAILS - Nuisance cases nowadays occurs in all public places (Buses,Trains,etc.,)
IMPACT - Due to this the public ( Children) was mostly affected.
ACTION - A Spl rule to initiated to punish the Nuisance guys instantly at the Spot.
